At the White House news conference on Tuesday, President Donald Trump said the World Health Organization (WHO) had promoted China’s “disinformation” about the virus that likely led to a more extensive outbreak of the virus than in any case would have happened.
He has instructed his administration to halt funding to the World Health Organization (WHO) over its dealing with the coronavirus pandemic as he claimed that WHO had failed in its basic duty by severely mishandling and covering up the spread of the coronavirus.
